Right before ejaculation, a male human pulled his phallus out of the vagina to cum on the female’s belly, then he inserted the same phallus into the same vagina. Does this 100% avoid pregnancy and/or sex diseases?

Pulling out does reduce the chance of pregnancy. According to the CDC, if 100 women have sex for a year, 22 of them will become pregnant using the withdrawal method. That means Withdrawal only has around a 78% efficacy rate. Condoms are only 82%, and this is based on “typical usage”, not “perfect usage” rates as the contraceptive companies advertise. Why would a company advertise typical usage rates when they are so poor?

Anyway, the withdrawal method sucks, unless when you pull out, and ejaculate, then completely flush out all the straggler sperm from your urethra before re-inserting, otherwise, all you’re gonna do is push the sperm left behind right into her vagina and towards her egg for conception.

As far as STD prevention, NO! STD’s are transmitted by skin to skin contact with Herpes, not even condom prevent Herpes. Gonorrhea and Chlamydia are transmitted through bodily fluid transfer like with vaginal fluids or “precum” urine, or Mucus, or Blood transfer from micro tears in the vagina mucosal membranes or open wounds with HIV. Using the Withdrawal methods prevent none of those, or any other STD I can think of.

Use a condom. Don’t ruin your lives because you only wanted a few minutes of fun. A condom feels a hell of a lot better than the “itchies” or 18 years of wage garnishment for child support. Besides, if you get her pregnant, you’re not only ruining your life and her life, you’re ruining the babies life.
